My name is Ahmed Shaaban, and I serve as the IT Manager for Algomhuria Newspaper. As a leader of the software team, I am dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to meet the newspaper's technological needs.
What challenges did you face prior to using Kotobee?
As a newspaper, we are constantly exploring new ways to enhance the reading experience for our subscribers. One initiative we have taken is to digitize our print publications, allowing for a more engaging and modern method of access for our readers.
What potential solutions did you explore which didn't work out?
We have evaluated various options to digitize our print publications. Unfortunately, some of the solutions we explored, such as sending PDF files via email or using WhatsApp, did not prove to be effective. Additionally, other web-based options we investigated failed to meet our needs.

What metrics do you use to measure the success of your decisions? Has Kotobee affected those in any way?
In assessing the success of our digitization efforts, we have employed three key metrics return on investment, percentage of technical requirements met, and customer satisfaction. We are pleased to report that all of these metrics have been met, and exceeded, through the use of Kotobee's platform.
What are your plans for the future?
We intend to continue using Kotobee's platform to digitize all of our newspapers. Additionally, we plan to explore the full range of features offered by Kotobee Author and request the development of new features, such as comprehensive e-payment solutions, to enhance the user experience. We believe that by expanding the use of the platform and incorporating new features, we can continue to improve the overall experience for our subscribers.
